What is Maid Marianne?
Maid Marianne is a domestic cleaning service with a difference. We not only offer domestic help to busy individuals, but we also offer many other services to help you make the most of your free time. Services available include cleaning and organsing your home, laying your dinner table for a dinner party and gift wrapping your presents.

How is the cleaner paid?
You pay your cleaner the applicable rate in cash or cheque on the day they clean. Different rates apply to specific requirements.
Who specifies the day the cleaner visits?
You do. We make every effort to meet the requirements of our clients. Most clients specify the day of the clean. If your request cannot be met you will be told about the nearest alternative option.
When the cleaner visits do I need to be in?
No. Your cleaner can hold a key. Alternatively you could arrange access for your cleaner.
What is the minimum number of hours per cleaning visit?
You need to book at least 3 hours per cleaning visit.
Do I provide transport for my cleaner?
No. Cleaners have their own means of transport.
Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
You can provide the cleaning products or alternatively with an extra cost we can supply all the products and equipment needed.
How do I make sure the cleaning duties required are fulfilled by my cleaning?
You instruct your cleaner and determine the cleaning routines each visit using a checklist. Each visit a checklist will be left with you along with receipt of payment for that visit. You just check off what is required of the cleaner for their next visit.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured against the cleaners accidentally damaging your property.
